You´ve decided to invest time in your fitness, want to get fitter and see some results. How you track your progression? We are not talking about the number on the scale here but your fitness levels.
Here´s an easy fitness test for you that only takes for a few minutes! The fitness test has 3 easy exercises: squats, push ups and ab crunches. You´re meant to do as many squats as you can in 60 seconds, as many push ups as you can in total, and as many ab crunches as you can in 60 seconds.
Write down your results and track your progression every 4 to 6 weeks. If you keep up with your exercise routines, you´ll definitely see some progression in just weeks time! You can print it out and keep it in your journal or place it on your wardrobe door.
