30-day Ihana Wellness Planking Challenge!
Join us for 30-day planking challenge. The rules are simple. The idea is to challenge yourself and push your limits a little bit further each day.
On your first day, do planking as long as you can and add 5 more seconds every day. For example, if you can do planking for 30 seconds on the first day, on day 2 you want to aim for 35 seconds and by the end of the month you’ll be planking for 3 minutes.
